1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the rcc7 online betting and casino platform ("Platform"), accessible at rcc7.io and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services operated by rcc7 ("rcc7", "we", "us", or "our").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, initiating a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of rcc7, you ("User", "you", or "your") irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and close your account.

rcc7 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. We will notify registered users of material changes via the email address on their account.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an rcc7 account or use any part of the Platform. rcc7 operates a strict 21+ policy in compliance with our responsible gaming commitments. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one rcc7 account. Creating multiple accounts (also referred to as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If rcc7 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and any pending withdrawals cancelled pending investigation.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. You are required to keep this information up to date. rcc7 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate registration details provided by the user.

2.4 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using rcc7 is lawful in your jurisdiction. rcc7 is an entertainment platform and does not make any representation as to the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction. Users access the Platform entirely at their own risk and discretion.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Credentials

Your rcc7 username and password are personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. rcc7 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling any available two-factor authentication options on your account.

3.2 Account Security Breaches

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact rcc7 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. rcc7 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account pending review. rcc7 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the user failed to take reasonable security precautions.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

rcc7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a valid National ID, passport, or driving licence — and proof of address before making withdrawals or accessing certain platform features. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your rcc7 account at any time by contacting customer support. rcc7 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion if a breach of these Terms is suspected, if the account poses a fraud risk, or if requested by a regulatory authority. Upon closure, any real-money balance will be returned to the user's verified payment method after any applicable deductions.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rcc7 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Bangladesh players:

• bKash (personal and merchant wallets)
• Nagad (personal and merchant wallets)
• Rocket (DBBL Mobile Banking)
• Upay
• Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (bank transfers)

All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rcc7 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies through the standard payment interface.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your rcc7 account instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours depending on the issuing bank. rcc7 is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers or banking institutions.

4.4 Third-Party Deposits

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. rcc7 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source will be returned, and the deposit transaction will be reversed. Bonus eligibility may be affected.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. rcc7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts not belonging to the verified account holder, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the account.

5.2 Processing Times

• bKash and Nagad: Standard processing within 45 minutes of approval.
• Rocket and Upay: Standard processing within 2 hours of approval.
• Bank Transfer: 1 to 3 business hours depending on the receiving bank.

Processing times are measured from the point of withdrawal approval, not the point of request submission. Requests submitted outside of peak operational hours may experience slightly longer processing times.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum single withdrawal limits and daily limits vary by account tier and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. High-value withdrawals may require additional KYC documentation before processing.

5.4 Fees

rcc7 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard bKash and Nagad transactions. Some bank transfer withdrawals may incur a processing fee which will be clearly displayed prior to confirmation. Third-party payment provider fees (if any) are outside rcc7's control and are the user's responsibility.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible rcc7 account holders as specified in each individual promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available to new registrants only, and each user is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — constitutes a violation of these Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and qualifying bet types are stated in the terms of each promotion. Placing bets on restricted games or using betting strategies that do not meet the minimum odds or stake requirements will not contribute to wagering completion.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated promotional validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account balance without notice.

6.4 rcc7's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

rcc7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered through, unless fraud or abuse is suspected.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on rcc7 are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market as published in the sportsbook. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. rcc7 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement window, or affected by circumstances outside normal sporting conduct.

7.2 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and all Bangladesh Tigers international cricket betting markets: a minimum number of overs must be completed for a match to be considered valid for settlement purposes, as specified per market. Weather interruptions, DLS method adjustments, and super-over results are handled as stated in rcc7's Cricket Betting Rules document, available in the sportsbook help section.

7.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are subject to the rules of the relevant game studio (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi). In the event of a network disconnection mid-round, rcc7's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection. Bets already placed and accepted by the dealer at that point stand. rcc7 is not responsible for losses arising from user-side connectivity failures.

7.4 Slots and Crash Games

Slot games and crash game outcomes (including Boom Legend, Mines Gold, and Aviator) are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) operated by the respective game studios. rcc7 does not influence or have access to modify game outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are available in each game's information panel.

7.5 Bet Settlement Disputes

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with rcc7 customer support within 48 hours of the bet settlement date. Disputes raised after this period may not be reviewed. rcc7's settlement decision, once confirmed by the disputes team, is final and binding.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rcc7 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating more than one account per individual (multi-accounting)
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any manipulation of sporting events on which bets have been placed
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in any game or Platform feature for financial gain
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using rcc7 for money laundering purposes
• Providing false identity documentation or misrepresenting your age, identity, or jurisdiction during registration or KYC verification
• Accessing rcc7 on behalf of another person or operating a shared or syndicated betting account
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any rcc7 software or gaming platform
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other tools to mask your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the rcc7 Platform — including but not limited to the rcc7 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, software, and data — is the exclusive property of rcc7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any rcc7 content without prior written authorisation from rcc7.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is used by rcc7 under licence. rcc7 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rcc7 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

rcc7 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside rcc7's reasonable control (including network outages, acts of God, or regulatory actions) may result in temporary service unavailability. rcc7 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and will not be liable for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

Where rcc7's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, rcc7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rcc7 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy and Data

rcc7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an rcc7 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

rcc7 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. rcc7 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios, and regulatory bodies where required by law or operational necessity.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Amendments and Termination

13.1 Amendments to Terms

rcc7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, rcc7 will provide notice to registered users via their registered email address at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.2 Termination by rcc7

rcc7 may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, if rcc7 determines in its sole discretion that you have breached any provision of these Terms. Upon termination for cause, rcc7 may withhold any balances subject to investigation. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

13.3 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting rcc7 customer support. Account closure requests for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will be processed with priority. Upon voluntary closure with no outstanding investigation, your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. rcc7 operates as an international entertainment platform; users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with local laws in Bangladesh.

14.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and rcc7, you agree to first contact rcc7 customer support to seek an informal resolution. rcc7 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aims to resolve all disputes within 5 business days. 14.2 Escalation

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the matter shall be escalated to rcc7's internal disputes review team. The review team's written decision, provided within 14 business days of escalation, shall be final and binding on both parties. rcc7 does not participate in external alternative dispute resolution schemes beyond this internal process.

14.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and rcc7 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
